The Team Losi Racing 8ight 3.0 is the car that won the European Championships in 2012 at the hands of Darren Bloomfield
The latest incarnation of the much revered 8ight platform sees much tuning to the suspension geometry and weight distribution to endow the car with a new, higher level of consistency and performance.
Larger diameter shock absorbers remain more consistent through long, gruelling finals and bump ups and the precision machined shock pistons and guide bushings provide ultimate levels of build accuracy and performance.
A new, tough-as-nails TiCN coating has been employed on all of the shock shafts and suspension hinge pins to provide the ultimate level of durability and silky smooth operation.
Three pairs of front and rear shock springs and multiple sway bar options are included as standard as is the Gen III radio tray that has previously only been available as an option part. Revised aero dynamics complete with a tunable rear-wing wickerbill system help to improve high-speed stability.
Available as a kit, the 8ight 3.0 comes complete with two sets of wheels allowing the driver to choose their own tyres to suit individual preferences and track conditions.
