| Standard Delivery: For packets with an order value under £99 - shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Free Express Delivery: Free of charge on all orders over £99 value - shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 Hour Courier (usually despatched within 24hrs). Priority Packet or Parcel Delivery: Usually next working day delivery - select the 'Priority' option to be guaranteed your order is shipped the same day if placed before 2.00pm (Mon-Thurs) Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 Hour Courier. Orders for Models under £99 value are also shipped via Priority Parcel Delivery. Saturday Delivery: Orders are shipped by UK Mail Sat AM or Royal Mail Special Delivery. We can offer Saturday Delivery on orders placed before 2.00pm on Friday. |

| All relevant services and costs are shown as options during the order process. There are no Sunday deliveries. International Orders: We ship to most worldwide destinations. The charge for delivery is clearly shown on the Order Details page as you complete your order*. (*International orders with multiple items may incur a higher shipping cost than shown. In that case we will email the revised total for your acceptance, before processing your order.) Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs charges. These charges are additional to any delivery costs and will need to be paid by the recipient. All consignments are fully insured and despatched using the best selected carrier service. Restricted Goods: Fuel: Please note we can only ship fuel to mainland UK destinations. For North & Central Scotland shipments there is an additional carrier surcharge of £3.00. Southern Scotland postcodes, which do not attract a carrier surcharge, are as follows: DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 - AB16, AB21 - AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH3 The maximum quantity of fuel we are permitted to ship per order is 10 litres or 2 gallons. Aerosols: spray paint, motor cleaner etc. can only be shipped to mainland UK destinations. Damages and Non Delivery: You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. If you take receipt of a defective or damaged item please inform us immediately, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. Any items delivered by courier which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such or refused and returned to sender. Damaged in transit items need to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch. Despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.
