The Baja 1000 is based on the proven Race Runner platform. A mid mounted engine and symmetrical four-wheel-drive allows equally balanced weight distribution, whilst the 4mm T6 alloy chassis has been developed with the lowest possible centre of gravity and roll centre. This gives the model superb driving performance and aggressive cornering speed making it easy to control on all types of terrain.

Sealed gearboxes keep the differentials protected and the transmission runs on precision ball race bearings throughout. All new design lower suspension arms are carried on 6mm steel suspension pins and adjustable turnbuckle links enable precise calibration of toe and camber angles.
